The McMartin Wasek & Associates program is intended to address the immediate demands associated with localized catastrophes and the time lost during the notification and set up of a national CAT Team following larger events.  Whether your CAT team is company based or you use a national vendor, our Michigan based company is in place to be your FIRST RESPONSE CATASTROPHIC CLAIM SERVICE.

Catastrophe Adjustment
Our report will include a scope of damages, detailed estimate, photographs and a determination of the cause of loss with appropriate coverage analysis.  Agreements will be reached on the replacement cost and the actual cash value of the loss.  Valuation will be considered and a detailed valuation will be completed as necessary.  Catastrophe losses requiring further investigation or a detailed valuation will be converted to time and expense pricing.  Paperless reporting is available upon request.

Miscellaneous Expenses
Time and expense activity is at the adjuster's published rates.
Mileage is $ .72 per mile.  Miles are prorated.
Clerical activity is $30.00 per hour.
Photographs are $2.00 each.
