Computer Analysis/Data Recovery
A staff member will confirm that damage exists to the computer, software or assorted peripherals. We will then determine the cause of the damage and reach an agreement with the insured on the value and replacement cost of the unit. Our evaluation will be limited to the replacement cost of a model of like, kind and quality. If repairable, we will identify the portion to be repaired and work with the insured’s repair facility to ensure accurate repair cost pricing.
Data recovery is of particular interest to our commercial carriers. We will assist your insureds in the recovery of all data.
