Full Contents Adjustments
Our full contents adjustments include capturing the scope of the contents loss by detailing each personal property item room by room. Each item is documented thoroughly to allow for accurate and efficient pricing of the items. Pack out management is also provided if requested and appropriate. The compiled scope is submitted to the insured with a request to provide our office with replacement costs, purchase documentation and ages. This information is reviewed, and any necessary adjustments are made with corresponding documentation of the adjustments. Our adjusters also apply any applicable coverage limits, calculate the actual cash value and settle the loss with the insured or their representative.
In lieu of requesting the replacement costs and ages from the insured, our evaluation experts can also research the replacement costs with supporting pricing documentation, which will be provided to you. This will expedite the settlement of the claim. All pricing documentation is provided to you.
