Mr. McMartin has more than two decades' experience in property and casualty adjusting. A former branch manager and supervising adjuster for GAB Robins North America Inc., he is now one of four principals of McMartin, Wasek & Associates, and manages daily operations.

Mr. Dwan began his career in 1995 as a property and casualty adjuster. He has since worked at several GAB Robins locations, and owned and operated Northern Adjusting, LLC. He joined McMartin, Wasek & Associates in 2008 as principal and vice president.

Clare Wasek

Mr. Wasek has more than two decades' experience in property and casualty adjusting. A former claims manager and district claims manager for Meridian Mutual Insurance Co., he now co-owns McMartin, Wasek & Associates, manages daily operations concerning all litigated files and oversees the forensic accounting department.

Tracey Cool

Vice President of Contents Division / Property Adjuster

Graduate – Eastern Michigan University

Ms. Cool has nearly 20 years' experience in the insurance industry as a multi-line adjuster for Citizens Insurance and State Farm Insurance. At McMartin, Wasek & Associates, she is responsible for managing the Contents Division, as well as adjusting property and casualty claims.
